The Bonetti family journey began in 1945 when they migrated from Sicily, Italy, to Tunisia, North Africa, where Gino was raised with his four siblings. But it was their next move in 1959 to Queens, New York, that shaped Gino’s lifelong passion for authentic New York-style Italian cuisine.

In New York, Gino met his soulmate, Arlene, and together they built a life, raising two wonderful children, Nicole and Dino. Their dream of sharing true Italian flavors led them to Tarpon Springs, Florida, in 1989, where Gino’s NY Style Pizzeria first opened in 1990 in Florida With its success, a second location followed in 1993.
